Puthiya Pathai Project-Phase 1 in the Government Observation Home for the Juveniles at chengalpattu has been Completed successfully recently. Phase 2 is likely to be started very soon in puzhal and chengalpattu.

SAARAL members took part in the meeting organized by Action2020 team with Dr.Abdul Kalam to discuss regarding 'Building a Brighter and Stronger India' on Oct 7th 2009 at Rajbhavan.
RURAL DEVELOPMENT:
Self-entrepreneurship Development: It aims to motivate and provide ample opportunities by helping the trainees for self-employment.
Health Awareness: The program believes in the importance of good health and the surrounding environment for effective learning process. We organize health programs/workshops/seminars etc. on aids awareness, anti-drugs/ alcohol/ nicotine/ smoking campaigns and distribute free medicines to most needy and conduct medical camps.Doctors associated with our organization have conducted the health checkups and prescribed medicines.
