Creative Village

Call it good fate, luck or God's grace to subsist as an able human being. Ability is not just about having every organ in place. It is all about being able to utilize them to good effect, for good reasons. Not every eye aims at the bull's eye, not every hand create art, not every tongue flexes to sing, not every man is different. It is the ability/innovation package that marks the difference between the ordinary and the extra-ordinary. How often have we admired the creative skills and potential of the differently abled! A perfectly proportionate and marvelous toe-made rangoli by 15 year old Swathi, skillfully sculpted Lord Ganesha in clay by Shekar, a 300 seconds arm walk down the Thiruthani hills by polio hit Kumaravel to name a few that I witnessed. These bold hearts relentlessly prove that mind power, creativity and sincere efforts surely pay off. There are a whole lot in the darkness capable of delivering stunning creations. Saaral's 'Creative Village' is a common platform where differently abled creators could exhibit and sell their arts and crafts. We hope for tremendous support from all our members in making this initiative a grand success.
